Breeze Arts Festival
The Breeze Arts Festival will take place from Sat 18th – Sat 25th July, and will be packed full of workshops, performances, exhibitions and much more for young people aged 11-19.
Breeze Arts Festival is an exciting festival of events for Leeds, with eight days packed full of activities for 11 – 19 year olds, celebrating the creativity of young people across the city. The event takes place over an 8 day period and features events all over the city of Leeds.
The festival has been planned, programmed and organised with help from the Breeze Arts Festival management team, a group of young people aged 11-16. They said:
“We meet every week, choosing workshops, choosing performers, designing the marketing material, promoting the festival, and planning our own event, Breeze live at Trinity Leeds.
Our aim was to create a fun, free festival to encourage young people in Leeds to get involved in the arts, get active, and try new things, with workshops and performances in multiple art forms: music, drama, dance, film, visual art, and more!
We’ve had a great experience and hope you enjoy the festival as much as we enjoyed organising it!
