Get your skates on – Freeze Ice Rink!
Come the 30th November, a new ice rink will be opening in Leeds! Freeze Ice Rink will be opening at the Leeds Sports Centre.
The ice rink will open on the 30th November and will run until the 4th January, giving the public a brand new ice rink through the winter months. The Christmas period started on Thursday 13 November with the switching-on of the Christmas lights in the town centre and the opening of Freeze Ice Rink will follow this.
The ice rink will open at the Leeds Sports Centre (1 Benyon Park Way) and will be an integral part of a hectic Christmas period in Leeds. The city is buzzing with the re-opening of the German Market, the Leeds Lights switch on and various other unique events taking place through the winter months.
Freeze Ice Rink will also be the only covered Ice Rink in Leeds and is expected to thrive with things for people of all ages. Children can be enthralled by model penguins while adults can be entertained by the on site catering and bar. There will also be DJs and various other entertainment packages to attract the crowds.
