Three brand new street food vendors are preparing to serve up some tasty summer treats as they join the Trinity Kitchen line-up this weekend.

Shoppers can get a taste of the Caribbean, the USA and the Netherlands as the new arrivals set up at Trinity Kitchen for the next six weeks. First up is Big Grillie Style, serving American diner favourites from the classic grilled sandwich to mouth-watering burgers and fries.

Mama’s Jerk Station will also be joining the line-up, offering delicious Caribbean street food. The family-run business has food fans hooked on its homemade jerk BBQ sauce, made from a top secret recipe handed down through generations.

Pancake professionals Lekker Eat Dutch will be satisfying those with a sweet tooth with their waffles, mini pancakes and sweet treats – each served with irresistible toppings from whipped cream to melted Belgian chocolate. Back by popular demand is Thai Khrim, whose fresh, hand-crafted Thai ice cream served with a mountain of toppings has proved such a hit that they are staying at Trinity Kitchen for the next two change-overs.

The same applies for What The Truck, who are back for their third visit, serving up their legendary truffle fries and Philly cheese steak sandwiches. Chaat Cart is also returning for another stint at Trinity Kitchen, dishing up their much-loved Indian street food including their popular chicken kati roll. Dan Wharton, Marketing Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We have an incredibly tempting line-up of street food vendors once again and we’re sure they will prove a big hit with shoppers and food fans. It’s a pleasure to welcome back two vendors who have seen phenomenal success and it’s fantastic that a unique food and drink concept like Trinity Kitchen is still proving such a hit.”

With a concept that is completely unique to Trinity Leeds, Trinity Kitchen rotates several new food retailers every few weeks, offering visitors a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars and street food vans.

The new arrivals will be at Trinity Kitchen until August 20th, trading alongside permanent outlets Chicago Rib Shack, Chip + Fish, Duck ’n Roll, Pho, PizzaLuxe, Rola Wala, Tortilla and Oh You Pretty Things.
