‘The Leeds’ gives an outstanding opportunity for young international pianists to advance their careers and become the artists of the future.

It’s been 3 years since The Leeds International Piano Competition last took the city by storm, bringing the finest young international talent to our doorstep. This year’s competition will run from:

26th August-13th September 2015 and promises to one of the best yet with over 300 applications from over 40 nationalities.

First Stage: Great Hall, Leeds University
Wednesday 26 August to Sunday 30 August
Three sessions per day: 10am, 2.30pm, 7pm
Tickets: Keyboard side: £8 per session, Right hand side: £5 per session (unreserved seating within those sections)

Second Stage: Great Hall, Leeds University
Tuesday 1 to Friday 4 September
Tuesday 1 and Wednesday 2 September three sessions per day: 10am, 2.30pm, 7pm
Thursday 3 and Friday 4 September two sessions per day: 10am, 2.30pm
