MOBO Awards!

Music producer and past MOBO Award-winner Naughty Boy returns to the stage for the first time since releasing his Top 10 hit ‘Runnin’ (Lose It All)’ featuring Beyoncé and Arrow Benjamin.

The prolific hit-maker has worked with some of music’s biggest names from Emeli Sandé to Wiley, and Ed Sheeran to Rihanna. The 30-year old producer last performed at the MOBO Awards in 2013 where he took home awards for ‘Best Song’ and ‘Best Video’ for his smash ‘La La La (featuring Sam Smith’).

Also returning to perform this year is 21-year old English singer-songwriter Ella Eyre, who is nominated for Best Female Act. Since picking up the prestigious MOBO Award for Best Newcomer last year, the young star has gone on to release her debut album Feline, which rocketed to the Top 5 and spawned five UK Top 40 singles.

Ella Eyre said: “Winning the Best Newcomer Award in 2014 was so amazing and unexpected, I’m so thrilled to be invited back to perform at the MOBO Awards this year! Prepare for something really special on 4th November.”

Hip hop titans Krept & Konan and a special guest are set to bring everyone to their feet with another unforgettable MOBO Awards performance. The duo has grabbed four nominations including Best Album for their first full-length album The Long Way Home, which made history by becoming the highest charting UK hip hop record when it debuted at #2 in national chart. The South Londoners are also nominated for Best Male, Best Hip Hop and Best Song.

FKA twigs, also joins Naughty Boy, Ella Eyre, Krept & Konan on the performance line up at this year’s MOBO Awards.

The MOBO Awards are taking place on Wednesday 4th November and will be broadcast live at 8pm on ITV2 and repeated in full on ITV1 at 10:40pm. This will be the second year of the broadcast partnership between MOBO and ITV.
